HMDA Thoughts

Something we are unpacking this year in our NMLS Approved SAFE Act Comprehensive CE are the issues we will face with the new HMDA collection data.  

The categories for Race and Ethnicity have grown exponentially.  But...there is a category that is still undefined and we are concerned about the unintended consequences of this.  

There are steps we can take to have input in this going forward, but to find out more listen in to Ken's message.
