Recruiting Challenge

In his best selling breakout Good to Great, Jim Collins wrote about busses, seats, and people in those seats.  He put into analogy a concept that the best companies have practiced all along, but made the concept easy to understand and share with others.  Organizations are consistently looking to make sure their most valued assets, their people, are in the right seats at the right time to do the most good.

The low hanging fruit in getting the right people in the right seats can often be recruiting, but there are some dangers there.  Ken has a great message about recruiting, a challenge to take up before recruiting (or accepting a recruitment offer) and some insights for you.

To help you in your brainstorming and thinking on this topic we have provided you some worksheets: For the Company and For the Individual.
