# CFPB dropping complaints?

Could it really happen?  Is the CFPB dropping their complaint roster?  Well, maybe.  According to an article I read out of the [Scotsman Guide](http://www.scotsmanguide.com/News/2018/04/Consumer-complaint-database-could-soon-go/) this might be a possibility.  The industry doesn't like them, the complaints are published before being vetted, and do they really do any good?  You be the judge, I just know what I think.
