2024 was a year of anticipation as we hoped for recovery in the mortgage markets. Affordability is still tough, rates are higher than we’d like, and the business is way off compared to the record highs of past years. However, it feels like the hemorrhaging has stopped. Companies are stabilizing, and we’re now anticipating new growth.

At the Knowledge Coop, we’ve been hard at work creating content and tools to help the industry thrive. This year, we rolled out over 100 hours of education, launched Buzz and Brews—open conversations with industry leaders on managing and leading through challenges—and continued delivering the Lessons from Last Time podcast to tackle growth and personal triumphs during tough times.

On the tools front, we’re thrilled to introduce our new AI solution, enabling clients to answer guideline questions and enterprise users to search data more effectively in their Coops. As technology evolves, we’re committed to staying ahead, equipping you with tools to learn, grow, and succeed.

Our Continuing Education (CE) program had another stellar year with courses like To Catch a Creditor, and we saw an increase in pre-licensing education as more professionals entered the business. It’s been a fascinating year of constant improvement, and I’m incredibly proud of our team for delivering the resources our industry needs to achieve lasting success.

2024 was an incredible year for the Content Team as we balanced hard work with a little fun along the way. We’re thrilled to share that this was our largest Pre-licensing Education (PE) year yet, helping new Mortgage Loan Originators enter the industry with confidence. While many of you were completing your 2024 CE, we were busy creating an even better experience for 2025—and we’re already brainstorming for 2026!

Our 2025 Federal CE course, also known as CE Tonight, will feature some of the most fascinating guests yet. We can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on when you dive into next year’s training.

The team continues to innovate and grow, ensuring we deliver top-tier content to help you succeed. We’re excited to hear your thoughts on our 2025 Continuing Education and look forward to supporting your growth in the year ahead!

This year brought exciting growth and changes to our Customer Success and Sales teams. Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) transitioned into full-service roles, successfully taking on account management responsibilities to provide even better support to our clients. We also expanded our partnerships, welcoming incredible new accounts, including Lower Mortgage and Movement Mortgage.

On the innovation front, we were proud to launch CoopAI and a new custom tool that allows you to select multiple guidelines at once during your searches! We also welcomed the Mastering Encompass training series, providing cutting-edge tools and education to help our clients thrive. It’s been a year of growth, collaboration, and exciting new opportunities, and we’re grateful for the chance to support your success!
