In a total side note, the state of Oregon allows for the X on the drivers license. Shortly after they changed it to X the insurance commission issued a warning to remind companies that gender discrimination in car insurance rates is only permissible if you have actual data to back up the pricing disparities. Since there is no data on the X gender population it would reason that they would have the best rates. Interesting!
