Richard Cordray spoke on NPR All Things Considered last week.  We didn't get excited until the end of the interview when more discussion was brought up about Wells Fargo and a new enforcement against them on auto loan programs.  Ken discusses this with Heather Leach of Compliance Renewed.

Here's a hint: mortgage rate lock extensions...do you have a policy for that?  

We suggest you have a policy for everything so you can always look back and say "We have a policy that we've trained!"  Learn before it hurts!
