What Happened to the Zillow Enforcement Action?

Last year Zillow announced that the CFPB was onto them for their co-marketing agreements. What's up now?

Since then, the online real estate database hasn’t admitted any guilt and is seeking a settlement. Well, since all this began, the CFPB has undergone drastic changes in vision and leadership. It's looking like these changes will prove favorable for Zillow and many companies like it.
